The crew-it-all database brings together high-calibre candidates and esteemed maritime employers. Here’s a brief overview of how it works – from both perspectives...

Candidates

Candidates can register on the crew-it-all database absolutely FREE of charge. Once registered, you will be able to upload your CV, photos and any other relevant documents.

 

As a member, you can browse the jobs board and apply for any positions that interest you. Your profile will also be viewable to potential employers for direct contact.

 

To maximise your chances of employment, you can opt to upgrade to a ‘Featured Crew’ profile. ‘Featured Crew’ profiles are displayed right at the top of the employers pages – making your profile difficult to miss –

Other benefits for candidates:

 

Set expiry alarms against your uploaded documents. If you have a qualification that runs out at a certain date, you’ll get a notification telling you to change or remove it.

Captains - Our tiered candidate access levels also gives more privacy to those at Captain and Management level ensuring only the employers and HR departments with professional recruitment interest will invest to view the more qualified candidates.

 

You may also choose to register and keep your profile hidden from the open search filtering tool leaving our team at crew-it-all to find and place you more exclusively.

 

We value every candidates privacy and their data protection very seriously so our policy is to NEVER give free (at no charge) or completely open (Non identified) access to CVs.

 

Employers

Employers can also register with crew-it-all for FREE – and it’s also completely free to post jobs on the jobs board.

You’ll also be able to browse the database for suitable candidates using our search facility, using filters to ensure accurate results. Once you’ve found the best candidates, you can send them availability requests and save them to your Candidate Manager facility for easy review.

Your free registration means that access to candidates’ family names and contact details will be restricted at this stage – but once you’ve found the candidates you want to consider in more detail, you can upgrade your account allowing you to download full CVs.

CVs are downloaded with a ‘Crew-it-all’ watermark - so you’ll know where you found the candidate should you require more information. You’ll also benefit from an activity log - keeping track of your upgrade purchases, CV downloads and availability requests.
