Who are we

'crew-it-all' was launched in 2010 by seasoned professionals who have spent many years at managment level in these various industries.

These professionals are all active in their career's and endeavour to help us introduce more professionals and the young looking for a career that suits them to what is a truly amazing opportunity.

Captain David

Captain David embarked on a career at sea more than 23 years ago - at the age of just 16.

Having gained experience of everything from small 4-crew boats to 75 metre mega yachts manned by a crew of 30, David has spent the last 12 years as Captain aboard a number of different vessels. Indeed he still takes on delivery work, keeping up to date with the modern-day requirments of yacht owners and crew.

In his capacity as Captain over the last decade, David has been personally responsible for finding high calibre crew members - a task which has seen him work extensively with various recruitment agencies.

More crucially, as Captain, David has been able to observe the outcomes of his own recruitment decisions - giving a unique and priceless insight into building the perfect crew.

Quite simply, few people are better placed to help you find the right crew members for your vessel. Fortunately, tapping into that expertise couldn't be simpler - all you need to do is register with 'crew-it-all'.
